Cabanga Africa Group is building a network of independent, commission-based agents to sell advertising space and contract publishing across African markets. If you are well-connected in business in your country and you know how to close, there is money to be made here.

01 · What You Sell

Two Products, One Network

Cabanga is not a single magazine. It is a network of 12 regional editions reaching business decision-makers across 24 countries. That gives an agent two distinct things to sell into the same audience.

A media briefing: a rep points to a full-page advertisement on an easel while the advertiser reads a copy of the magazine at the table.

Advertising space. Paid placements across any or all of the twelve editions, priced on a published, flat rate card. See the advertising page.

Contract publishing. Bespoke magazines, journals, newsletters and reports produced for a client under their own name. See publish with us.

Most agents sell both. A client who advertises this quarter is often the client who commissions a publication next year.

03 · How It Works

Introduce, Close, Get Paid

The model is deliberately simple, so there is no confusion about who does what or who earns what.

Step 01Identify and approach

You identify and approach businesses in your market that should be advertising or publishing with Cabanga.

Step 02Present and close

You take them through the offer, using our rate card and materials, and close the booking.

Step 03Cabanga fulfils

Cabanga fulfils the work - the placement runs, or the publication is produced - to our own standard.

Step 04You get paid

You are paid a commission on the value of the business that closes. The structure is uncapped and is shared with you on acceptance.

Step 05Grow your territory

You can work a single market or, by agreement, more than one. Strong agents are given room to grow their territory.

04 · What You Get

Why Represent Cabanga

Selling on commission is only worth it when the product is real and the brand does some of the work for you. Both are true here.

Uncapped commission on closed business - your earnings track your effort, with no ceiling.
A credible, established brand that opens the conversation before you do. You are not cold-selling an unknown.
A published, flat rate card, so pricing is clear and you are never negotiating against yourself.
Sales materials, specifications and support supplied by us. No cost to you to carry the line.

We do not publish a fixed commission percentage here, because the structure depends on the product and the market. It is competitive, it is uncapped, and it is put to you in writing before you commit.
