Contributors, Authors And Advertisers
Our pages are made with contributors, creators, authors and advertisers. Each keeps what is theirs.
Contributors and content creatorsYour work, licensed to us to publish
You keep the copyright in what you write or make. When you submit work for publication you grant Cabanga Africa Group the right to edit it to the house standard, publish it across the twelve editions and their websites, and keep it available in the archive. The terms that apply to a particular piece are confirmed with you before it runs.
Authors on the BookshelfYour book stays yours
Authors keep the copyright in their books. The publishing agreement for each title sets out the rights Cabanga Africa Group holds to produce, distribute and promote it, and for how long.
AdvertisersRights in the material you supply
Advertisers warrant that they hold all rights in the material they supply, as set out in the terms of acceptance on the Advertise page. Space bought in an edition does not transfer any right in the edition itself.
